Overview

Responsible for connecting with our Margaritaville Guests and all Guests alike, while entertaining and interacting as Santa Clause. Providing a Memorable experience for the guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Entertains and Interacts with Guest throughout the park.
• Allow for photos with Santa from Families and Children.
• Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure quality experience and enhance future guest’s experience.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management and moves with a sense of urgency.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years as a Santa I a Large Crowd of Guest.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with large crowds, children and adults.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and communicate with Adults and Children of all ages.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to sit, stand and walk around for long periods of time while interacting with guests.
